FAQ

Questions centre owners ask

Do parents need to download FeePay?

No. They open a link from WhatsApp, pay that bill, and can download the receipt. There is no parent login.

Can I still collect cash?

Yes. Record cash or UPI taken at the desk on the same bill. A receipt can still go out on WhatsApp.

When can parents pay online?

After KYC: your PAN, bank account and PAN card. Until then, record payments and send WhatsApp reminders from the desk.

What does WhatsApp send?

Fee reminders, payment links, a receipt after a successful payment, and an absence note when attendance is on.

Is there a free trial?

No. Plans are billed monthly — write to us and we will open your centre on the plan that fits.

Is my students’ data safe?

Your data is used only to run your centre’s fee collection and is never sold. Read our Privacy policy.
