Welcome to GetFeePay (also referred to as “FeePay”), a software platform for fee management and related services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“TnC” or “Terms”) carefully before registering, accessing, or using the services, applications, websites, and tools provided by FeePay / GetFeePay.
By clicking “I Agree”, registering an account, or otherwise accessing or utilizing the GetFeePay application, web interface, or associated APIs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. A legally binding contract is executed between you and FeePay / GetFeePay upon your registration or initial use of the Services.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, educational institution, coaching center, studio, or other legal entity (“Business” or “Merchant”), you represent and warrant that you have the requisite legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from registering for or using any of our Services.
To utilize GetFeePay for fee collection, Merchants must complete the registration and Know-Your-Customer (KYC / KYB) verification process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information, including:
The Merchant is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials (passwords, OTPs, API keys) and for all activities occurring under its account. FeePay / GetFeePay shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
The Merchant is entirely responsible for keeping details properly updated on its account. FeePay / GetFeePay is not responsible for any losses, missed payouts, or disputes arising from improper details or inaccurate setup by the Merchant.
You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, platform usage charges, and transaction handling fees (MDR / split rates) associated with the GetFeePay tier or add-ons selected during onboarding.
All charges and subscription fees are exclusive of GST and applicable statutory taxes as per prevailing laws in India, which shall be added to your invoice and payable by you.
Once onboarded and activated, subscription fees and platform service fees paid to FeePay / GetFeePay are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you stop using the Services prior to plan expiry.
FeePay / GetFeePay reserves the right to modify subscription prices or payment handling charges. You will be notified of fee adjustments in advance; continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
If you fail to pay due subscription or platform fees, FeePay / GetFeePay reserves the right to suspend your access to GetFeePay. You will be provided a 15-day cure period from the due date to complete payment, failing which your account and Services may be permanently terminated.
GetFeePay utilizes authorized third-party payment aggregators, banks, and payment gateways — including Cashfree and other authorized aggregators — to enable seamless fee processing, UPI AutoPay, cards, and net banking settlements.
By utilizing GetFeePay, you agree to be bound by the respective terms, operational rules, and privacy practices of the underlying third-party payment service providers.
The Merchant is solely responsible for handling refund requests, billing errors, chargebacks, or disputes raised by its End Users/Payers. FeePay / GetFeePay reserves the right to deduct chargeback amounts or disputed fees from pending payouts or settlements.
You unconditionally agree that you shall use GetFeePay only for legal and legitimate business operations and shall not use the platform directly or indirectly for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, unauthorized financial activities, or fraudulent transactions.
You shall not upload, transmit, or distribute through GetFeePay:
You shall not attempt to access, tamper with, penetration-test, probe, or reverse-engineer our servers, networks, application code, database architecture, or infrastructure.
FeePay / GetFeePay is under no obligation to monitor or verify the legality of your underlying business operations or transactions, except as required by law or judicial orders. However, we reserve the right to audit suspicious accounts.
All rights, title, and interest in and to GetFeePay / FeePay—including software code, user interface design, logos, trademarks, branding, algorithms, and documentation—are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of FeePay / GetFeePay.
FeePay / GetFeePay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use GetFeePay solely for your internal business operations during the active term of your account.
You shall not sell, sublicense, lease, assign, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any part of GetFeePay without prior written consent from FeePay / GetFeePay.
FeePay / GetFeePay processes business data, student details, and payment histories in accordance with applicable Indian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have obtained necessary consent from your End Users/Payers (including students/parents) to collect and input their personal data into GetFeePay for automated fee collection, notifications, and invoicing.
GetFeePay is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeePay / GetFeePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use GetFeePay.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of FeePay / GetFeePay for any direct claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to FeePay / GetFeePay in the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the account or agreement by providing notice in writing, subject to settling any outstanding dues or pending payouts.
FeePay / GetFeePay reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to GetFeePay without notice in the event of:
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, internet shutdowns, cyber attacks, or banking system disruptions). If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 20 days, either party may terminate or suspend the Services upon mutual written communication.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to GetFeePay / FeePay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
You shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written approval. FeePay / GetFeePay may freely assign its rights under these Terms in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of GetFeePay after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
